Another very difficult race for exotic bets players. MALDANO ran well in a better field than this last time out and has a winning chance. Stable companion KANIMAMBO did not show his best last time out but could do a lot better under jockey Richard Fourie this time. MAGNUM FIRE has not won for some time but can win a race at this level. ISLAND MASTER was an easy maiden winner last time out and has to give weight to these rivals. ELLIS ISLAND broke a long losing run when beating a much better field than this last time so it will be interesting how he runs carrying a penalty.
