Lauréat du Prix Edmond Blanc en début de saison sur ce parcours, Dreamliner a couru un peu surclassé dans les Groupes 1 dernièrement et retrouve une opposition à sa portée dans ce Groupe 3, d'autant qu'il devrait apprécier les conditions du jour. À reprendre en confiance, jugé sur sa deuxième place à ce niveau à Chantilly en juin, Elastic lui sera opposé avec Half Half, plus fort que jamais à 6 ans, qui revient à ce niveau, où il avait fini excellent deuxième du Prix Quincey, battu du minimum. Supplémentée après sa dernière victoire de Listed en Irlande, Princess Child viendra ensuite avec Calas, en pleine forme et très à l'aise dans ce terrain.
