MY BEST SHOT is clearly the best in this field. He has only won up to 1600m and has yet to be tested over further so this will be his toughest task so far. He is a winner of 8 of his 14 starts and has impressed in his recent victories. Stable companions MASTER FORESTER and MISTER SPEAKER have not been too far behind MY BEST SHOT in some runs and could like this longer distance. Three fillies are in good form. LOTUS ISLAND has won her last three starts and deserves respect. HONORABLE MEMBER was touched off by that rival last time out and deserves respect for that. FIRST WISH has progressed nicely since stepped up in distance and could also earn some money.
